The EPA Region 10 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order to Canyon Property Management, lessor of properties in and around Portland, Oregon. The EPA alleged that Canyon Property Management, failed to comply with the Lead Disclosure Rule, before contracts to lease target housing were signed. Canyon Property agreed to pay a penalty of $2,200.
