Respondent, Vereecken Dairy, operated a dairy facility locating in Hopkins County Texas. The facility is a Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation. During a February 10, 2012 inspection the Vereecken Dairy was violating its state issued NPDES CAFO permit by failing to operate/maintaining its animal waste system which resulted in a discharge of pollutants to waters of the state.
