The USS Iowa is a former Navy Vessel that was purchased by the Pacific Battleship Center ( PBC ) and will be used as a Museum Ship. EPA, the Navy and PBC entered into Compliance Agreements allowing the Navy and PBC to violate TSCA's distribution in commerce and use provisions for regulated levels of PCB waste on the vessel.
