This Expedited Settlement Agreement was filed in response to violations discovered during an EPCRA 311/312 compliance inspection conducted on 6/23/2011. It was determined that Respondent failed to file Tier II forms in a timely manner for the sulfuric acid in its lead-acid batteries for calendar years 2007 - 2010.
