In response to the release or threatened release of hazardous substances at the Jewett White Lead Co. Superfund Site, EPA has undertaken certain response activities pursuant to Section 104 of CERCLA. In doing so, EPA has incurred response costs at or in connection with the site, and will incur response costs in the future.
