The Notice of Violation is for violations of emission limits established in accordance with the facilityÂs air permit issued under the Wisconsin State Implementation Plan (SIP). Specifically, the facility failed to meet federally enforceable annual actual emissions limits for facility wide carbon monoxide in calendar year 2011. All violations were determined upon review of a Voluntary Disclosure submitted by the facility on February 6, 2012.
