RESPONDENT SOLD OR DISTRIBUTED A PESTICIDE, SANITIZER 2000, THAT IS NOT REGISTERED WITH THE EPA. Energy Mizer was inspected by Utah Department of Agriculture at the request of EPA Region 8. This inspection revealed that this facility was taking a pesticide in bulk, repackaging it into smaller containers, and apply its own unregistered labels to the new containers. The owner had to register this company with EPA and obtain appropriate labels.
