The Respondent,Brandon O'Neal, is an individual doing business as O'Neal Farms, LLC Broiler Farm. Respondent owned or operated a poultry operation located in Union Parish, Louisiana. The violation alleged was identified during a June 25, 2012, EPA inspection. The violation alleged includes, but is not limited to, the discharge of domestic sewage from the farm hand's mobile home that serves the broiler farm.
