Respondent owns and operates the La Mer construction site located off of Ernston Road in Sayreville, New Jersey. Based on findings from EPA R2's 4/25/2012 inspection at Phases 5 & 6 of the development, the Respondent has failed to implement and/or maintain stormwater best management practices, in violation of its NJPDES General Stormwater Permit.
