This Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) was issued to establish an enforceable schedule to achieve compliance with UV validation requirements of LT2ESWTR, the SDWA and 40 C.F.R. Part 141, Subpart W. The injunctive relief is based on cost estimates provided by NYCDEP for the additional UV Reactor Validation work that is required beyond the injunctive relief claimed under the 2007 AOC.
