On October 12, 2011, Woodward MPC, Inc. self-disclosed violations under EPA's Final Policy Statement, Incentives for Self-Policing: Discovery, Disclosure, Correction and Prevention of Violations, 65 Fed. Reg. 19618 (April 11, 2000) (Self-Disclosure Policy). EPA determined that Woodward MPC satisfied the conditions of the self disclosure policy for full waiver of monetary penalties.
