On 6/6/2012, Apio Inc. disclosed that they failed to submit MSDSs or a list for their lead-acid batteries to the SERC, LEPC and local fire department. They also failed to submit Tier II reports for the lead-acid batteries to the SERC, LEPC and local fire department by March 1, 2012 for calendar year 2011.
