RESPONDENT SUBMITTED SEVERAL NOTIFICATIONS OF OVERFLOWS OF THEIR STORM WATER RETENTION PONDS, WHICH WERE DISCHARGED INTO AN UNAUTHORIZED DISCHARGE POINT. EPA also found that Respondent failed to conduct 4 inspections in violation of the 2008 MSGP. A compliance order was issued on December 29, 2011, that addressed the compliance actions.
