This is a Unilateral Administrative Consent Order requiring the Settling Parties to perform the remedial design for Operable Unit 1. On September 13, 2011, EPA issued an amendment to the OU1 ROD. The OU1 ROD Amendment describes the changes in the remedy for groundwater and supersedes the groundwater remedy described in the original ROD. This Order addresses the remedial design of the remedy selected for groundwater in the OU1 ROD Amendment.
Amendment 1, dated November 30, 2012, modifies the language of various paragraphs within the Order.
