This is an administrative penalty action pursuant to Section 112(r)(7) of the CAA issued to Shamrock Distribution AS/RS Warehouse Distribution Center for the violation occuring at the facility located at 2540 North 29th Avenue, listed as located at 2929 W. Virginia Ave, Phoenix, CA in their RMP. The violation involved failure to initiate an incident investigation within 48 hours following an incident; and failure to develop and implement an emergency response program for the purpose of protecting public health and the environment as required under Section 112(r)(7) of the CAA. The Complaint / Consent Agreement establishes that Respondent will pay a penalty of $2,850.
