This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between the EPA and Tahiti Nui Enterprises, Inc and Christian Martson to resolve EPAÂs civil penalty claim against Respondents for alleged violations under the SDWA Underground Injection Control regulations requiring the closure of large capacity cesspools (LCC). Tahit Nui Enterprises, Inc and Christian Martson agreed to pay a $69,000 penalty.
