On July 11 - 14, 2011, a RCRA Compliance evaluation inspection conducted at this facility identified violations of the regulation, citing the facility with failure to perform a hazardous waste determination for its process wastewater. As of the date of the Order, to cease practice of sending hazardous waste for offsite disposal prior to making the hazardous waste determination.
