Respondent was inspected by EPA inspectors in October 2010. During the inspection, EPA determined that they were selling/offering for sale an unregistered pesticide Foaming Root Killer in violation of FIFRA Section 12(a)(1)(A). A show cause letter was sent to the Respondent in December 2010.
