Respondent held multiple lead-based paint activities courses in Oswego, New York between 2007 and 2009. Respondent failed to notify EPA of the training courses the Lead-based Paint Activities Rule. Respondent’s failures to comply with the notification requirements are violations of of federal lead-based paint regulations. The settlement addresses compliance with the lead-based paint training regulations and payment of a civil penalty. With regard to compliance, the Respondent surrendered their EPA-issued accreditations for lead-based paint training courses.
