This is a Consent Agreement/Final Order issued to the Respondent for failure to file Tier II forms under EPCRA 312 at 4 facilities operated by the Respondent. The Respondent stored methanol, a hazardous chemical, at the 4 facilities in excess of the 10,000 lb reporting threshold for calendar years 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 and failed for tile the Tier II forms by March 1st of the following years.
