On September 28, 2012, a Complaint, Compliance Order and Notice of Opportunity for Hearing was issued for RCRA violations. The facility is required to provide to EPA a copy of the facility's waste analysis plan, develop and implement standard operating procedures and to provide employee training. Compliance documents should be provided to EPA along with evidence of payment of $37,500.00. The Consent Agreement and Final Order reduced the penalty to $30,000.00
