For the purpose of securing a warrant for access at the B&R Custom Chrome Site, located in Toledo, Ohio. Based on the Site Assessment, hazardous substances and wastes on site are unsecured, exposed to the elemtns, and can be accessed by anyone entering the Site. Many of the containers on site are open. The City of Toledo has requested EPA's assistance in addressing environmental hazards at the Site.
