The City of Franklin wastewater treatment plant is permitted to discharge sanitary wastewater. During the period from December 2007 to August 2012, the Facility had 1,113 effluent limit violations. The pollutants involved were TRC, BOD, TSS and E. Coli. The consent order requires City of Franklin to implement certain compliance activity measures to achieve and maintain compliance.
