On 9/24/2009, EPA conducted an EPCRA 311/312 compliance inspection at this facility. EPA found that Advanced Fluids had over fifteen hazardous chemicals at the facility in quantities above the reporting threshold. Advanced Fluids filed their Tier II form for calendar year 2009 five months after the deadline. The Tier II forms for calendar year 2010 was filed 22 days after the deadline.
