Respondent submitted a disclosure under the EPA Audit Policy on January 11, 2012 for failure to include the location of lead and sulfuric acid in their Tier 2 reports under the Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA), Section 311/312 reporting. The facility meets the conditions of the Audit Policy and all issues were corrected for both locations.
