On May 23, 2013, Region 1 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) that simultaneously initiated and resolved alleged violations of Section 313 of EPCRA by Allcoat Technology, Inc. of Taunton, Massachusetts. The CAFO alleged that the facility failed to submit the required toxic release inventory forms for several chemicals in 2011. Pursuant to the CAFO, Allcoat Technology has paid a civil penalty of $5,135.
