This CAA administrative penalty settlement with Fairhaven Shipyard Companies ( Fairhaven ) resolved Shipyard NESHAP and CAA Title V operating permit violations at Fairhaven's two shipyards, located at 50 Fort Street and at 32 Water Street in Fairhaven, MA. Under the settlement, Fairhaven agreed to pay a $60,000 penalty. The settlement consent agreement and final order ( CAFO ) both started and ended the case without a separate administrative complaint.
