On March 1, 2013, Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order that resolves violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act by Super Kat, Inc. in Nezperce, ID on the Nez Perce Indian Reservation. EPA concluded that Super Kat used the pesticides Powerflex, Quilt, Rhonox, Silencer, and Starane Flex in a manner inconsistent with their labeling by allowing the products to drift from the target site. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $4,640.
