n November 21, 2012, EPA Region 10 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order to Down to Earth Distributors Incorporated (Down to Earth) for the unregistered pesticide product ÂParker Neem Cake Organic. EPA investigation found that a shipment of imported product was an unregistered pesticide. Down to Earth cooperated fully with the investigation and has agreed to return the product to India, its country of origin.
