Cease and Desist Administrative Order: Respondent, Aztex Dairy, located in Dublin, Erath County, Texas is a concentrated animal feeding operation (CAFO). AO issued for violations of the CAFO permit issued by TCEQ. Violations were identified during a September 25, 2012 inspection conducted by EPA. The violations alleged include, but are not limited to failure to maintain and operate wastewater retention control structures.
