On November 19, 2012, EPA issued a unilateral administrative order under the authority of Section 7003 of RCRA to Gary Cantrell, Zella Cantrell, Hunt Oil, and Atkinson Distributing, Inc. The Order requires the parties to clean up oil and gasoline found in soil and groundwater at the Hunt Oil Facility in Orofino, Idaho.
