Summary

On May 16, 2013, the region issued an Administrative Order on Consent to the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon, Kah-Nee-Ta Wastewater System: Kah-Nee-Ta Resort. The Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon is a federally recognized Indian Tribe. The tribe owns and operates the Kah-Nee-Ta Resort. The resort has had numerous violations of its NPDES permit effluent limits. The tribe has agreed to an administrative order which requires corrective actions that can bring the resort into compliance with its NPDES permit.
