On March 19, 2013, Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order with Aleutian Leader Fisheries, LLC (Aleutian Leader) that resolves CWA violations by F/V Judi B. The F/V Judi B did not follow requirements of its NPDES and APDES Seafood Processor General Permits while operating in various federal and State waters off the coast of Alaska. Violations include failure to conduct metals sampling, failures to monitor and failure to submit timely annual reports over multiple years. Aleutian Leader agreed to pay a penalty of $59,000.
