General Biodiesel, Inc. of Seattle will pay a penalty for failing to report hazardous chenmicals in violation of federal emergency planning laws, according to a concent agreement with the US Environmental Protection Agency. General Biodiesel, Inc. agrees to pay a $62,985 penalty to EPA to resolve the violations.
