CERCLA Sections 107(a) and (l) claims against numerous parties, some of which later filed for bankruptcy, to recover EPA?s response costs incurred in connection with removal actions taken at the Michelin Powerhouse and Building 3 Vat Superfund sites in Milltown, New Jersey to address the threats posed by friable asbestos, arsenic, lead, and mercury.
