PX Feeders, LLC, respondent operated a feedlot located in Hamilton County, Evant, Texas. The facility is a concentrated animal feeding operation. Violations were identified during a September 27, 2012 inspection conducted by EPA. The violations alleged include, but are not limited to failure to ensure that all process-generated wastewater from open lots is captured in a retention control structure.
