On multiple dates between approximately April 2008 and August 2010, the respondent discharged dredge/fill material into pine/oak flat wetlands (Waters of the U.S.) for the purpose of developing the site. The work was done without an authorized permit from the Corps of Engineers. The respondent will pay a penalty of $900.00 to settle the alleged violation.
