Advanced Management, Inc. (AMI) is a property management company located in Keizer, Oregon that manages 70 different buildings and represents 50 property owners that own a mix of single-family and mult-family dwellings. From 2007-2010, AMI leased 120 residential units and failed to notify tenants about the presence of lead paint and lead-based paint hazards, as required by the Disclosure Rule. AMI will pay a $1,000 penalty.
