EPA is issuing a CERCLA unilateral admininstrative order against Barrick Gold U.S. Inc. and Sunoco, Inc. to carry out a removal action in the town of McDermitt, Nevada and on the nearby Ft. McDermitt Indidan Reservation to clean up mercury mine wastes that were placed there.
