Respondent violated the Worker Protection Standards of 40 C.F.R. Part 170 in the conduct of pesticide applications at its research and development farm in Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico. Respondent is cited for 10 violations of Section 12(a)(2)(G) of FIFRA (use of a registered pesticide in a manner inconsistent with its labeling). Penalty payment and internal environmental audit to prevent future WPS violations.
