Respondent submitted a voluntary disclosure under the EPA Audit Policy for failure to submit a notice of intent to discharge industrial stormwater and for failure to develop and implement a stormwater pollution prevention plan for their Ellsworth facility. Pursuant to the Audit Policy and based on information provided by the Respondent, all Audit Policy conditions were met and the Respondent returned to compliance by applying for the Clean Water Act, Multi Sector General Permit and developing/implementing the required stormwater pollution prevention plan.
