EPA is issuing an Administrative Compliance Order on Consent, implementing a Compliance Plan to require Respondent to provide adequate operation maintenance to the waste water treatment plant. The Compliance Plan includes short-term measures to bring the discharges into compliance with the effluent limitations established in the NPDES Permit, and long term measures to connect the effluent to PRASA sewer system.
