An inspection revealed that the Respondent had processed certain glycol ethers, ethylene glycol and nitrate compounds above the 25,000 reporting threshold in 2010. Toxic Release Inventory Form R reports were required for this and had been due by July 1, 2011. The reports were certified on Sept. 1, 2011 and 62 days late. The Respondent was assessed a penalty.
