On 9/3/2012, 1400 lbs of anhydrous ammonia (RQ = 100 lbs.) was released into the air at Sun Chemical Corp.'s Muskegon, MI facility. The incident was reported to the National Response Center on the following day - more than 17 hours after the release occurred.
