ICM Inc. constructed and assisted in the commissioning and start-up of ethanol manufacturing facilities located at 26250 B Drive North, Albion, MI and 3389 West County Road 300 South, Logansport, IN - which are currently owned and operated by The Andersons LLC. There had been no Risk Management Plan (RMP) at the Albion facility for the time period covering July 25, 2006 through September 14, 2006. There had been no RMP at the Logansport facility for the time period covering April 30, 2007 through May 29, 2007.
