Countryside Cooperative owns and operates the Durand Bulk Petroleum and Anhydrous Site in Durand, Wi. On 9/11/2012, the EPA conducted a Risk Management Program (RMP) compliance inspection at this facility. Based on the findings of this inspection, the EPA determined that the facility failed to implement several provisions of CAA 112(r)(7) including documentation, providing safety information, codes and standards, conducting compliance audits and updating emergency contact information.
