On August 22, 2013, EPA Region 6 and KY Park Oil Company, LLC (Respondent) located in Skiatook, Oklahoma entered into a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) for an Adminstrative Complaint (AC) issued under EPA's authority pursuant to Section 1423 of the Safe Drinking Water Act. The AC was issued in response to violations of operating an injection well without authorization to inject. The CAFO requires Respondent to pay a monetary penalty of $4,000. Respondent must pay the fine within 30 days.
