Respondent allegedly violated RCRA by failing to properly manage hazardous waste at hundreds of its stores and by sending hazardous waste to Walmart return centers on Walmart trucks, prior to 2006. The Consent Agreement and Final Order is a corporate-wide settlement for these violations.
