The Stipulation requires Mr. Drury to pay $15,000 following Court approval of the proposed settlement to settle the final claim in United States v. Clark, et al in which the United States included a claim against Mr. Drury for failure to timely and adequately respond to a CERCLA Section 104 information request.In settlement of the United States' claims alleged in the Complaint filed in this action. Defendant shall pay the United States a civil penalty in the amount of $15,000 as follows: $5,000 within thirty calendar days of the date this Stipulation of Settlement and Order is entered by the Court, $5,000 within sixty calendar days of the Date of Entry, and $5,000 within ninety calendar days of the Date of Entry.
