Universal Electric Foundry failed to submit notifications required under the Area Source NESHAP for iron and steel foundries. This ACO requires Universal Electric Foundry to submit the required notifications and maintain records demonstrating compliance. No penalties or process modifications were required to bring the source into compliance with the rule, 40 CFR 63, Subpart ZZZZZ.
